1. The Agreement
These Terms govern your use of AI Money Coach and mindtomoneysteps.com. The service is provided by Jay Hernandez, doing business as Mind To Money Steps, based in California, United States. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement. Provide accurate account information and keep your email account and sign-in codes secure. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
2. The Service
AI Money Coach provides an Idea Score, a seven-step business roadmap, AI coaching, saved Blueprint answers, action lists, check-ins, and a wins tracker. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. An Idea Score is an initial assessment, not proof of demand or a prediction of sales.
The service provides educational guidance. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, lending, or investment advice. You are responsible for checking facts, complying with laws, consulting qualified professionals when needed, and choosing what to do. We do not guarantee income, sales, or business success.
3. Plans And Prices
Prices are in US dollars. Your checkout shows the applicable recurring price, billing interval, and any taxes before you pay.
A coach message is one message you send to the coach; its reply is included. Free messages do not renew monthly. Pro message allowances refresh with your billing-cycle anniversaries, including monthly refreshes on yearly plans. Unused messages do not roll over. Reading and editing saved work, checking off moves, and daily check-ins do not consume coach messages.
Technical, request, and daily service limits also apply to prevent abuse and control costs. A paid plan does not provide unlimited AI use. Material plan changes will be communicated before they apply to your subscription.
4. Automatic Renewal And Payment
Pro is a recurring subscription. Monthly plans renew and charge each month; yearly plans renew and charge each year, until you cancel. By completing a Pro checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method at the price and interval shown, plus applicable taxes.
Your Free account does not automatically become a paid subscription. You must choose Pro and complete checkout. Subscription dates, invoices, and payment details are available through Account → Manage Billing & Invoices.
We will provide renewal, price-change, and other subscription notices as required by applicable law. If payment fails, we may retry it and limit Pro access until it is resolved. Your saved workspace is not erased merely because a subscription ends.
5. How To Cancel
Sign in, open Account, select Manage Billing & Invoices, and cancel your subscription in the Stripe portal. Cancel before the next charge to prevent renewal. If you cannot access the portal, email info@mindtomoneysteps.com for help.
Ordinary cancellation keeps Pro active until the end of the paid period. It stops future renewal charges; it does not normally refund the current period. Your account then returns to Free. Saved work remains in your account, subject to Free access limits.
Deleting your account is different: it stops subscriptions immediately and deletes your workspace. Download your data first. Account deletion does not itself request a refund; contact us within the refund window if you want one.
6. Seven-Day First-Payment Refund
If Pro is not for you, email info@mindtomoneysteps.com within seven days of your first successful Pro payment and request a full refund. Include the account email or invoice reference so we can locate the payment; never send your full card details.
This applies to your first monthly or yearly payment. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, end the paid subscription, and return the account to Free. Your payment provider determines when the funds appear.
Renewals and later purchases are not covered by this first-payment guarantee. Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or messages. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
7. Founding Membership
There is one shared pool of 50 founding memberships across monthly and yearly plans. Eligibility and the final price are confirmed at checkout. Founding pricing is $15 per month or $144 per year and remains available while that qualifying subscription stays continuously active.
A founding spot is permanently used once granted; cancellations and refunds do not return it to the pool. If your founding subscription ends and you later subscribe again, regular pricing applies. Scheduling a cancellation does not remove Pro before the paid period ends; you may resume renewal before the subscription actually ends.
We do not manufacture founding counts or reset canceled spots. Founding pricing is a subscription benefit, not an ownership interest or a promise of lifetime access without payment.
8. Your Content And AI Suggestions
You retain your rights in the business ideas and other content you provide. You give us permission to store and process that content, including through our service providers, only as needed to operate the service, protect it, and fulfill legal obligations described in the Privacy Policy. This does not give us permission to publish or sell your ideas.
AI-generated suggestions may resemble suggestions given to other users. We do not promise that they are unique, accurate, protectable, or free of third-party rights. Review them before using them, and only submit content you have the right to provide.
The website's design, branding, and software remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the service for your own business planning; you may not misrepresent our content or branding as your own product.
9. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for illegal or harmful conduct, fraud, spam, fake reviews, harassment, or infringement. Do not upload other people's sensitive information, share accounts to bypass limits, attempt to access another person's workspace, scrape private data, or interfere with security or billing controls.
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, address nonpayment, or meet legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will notify you and provide a way to contact support. Suspension does not remove rights to refunds or remedies that the law provides.
10. Availability And Responsibility
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages, limits, and technical failures can interrupt it. Keep your own copies of important work using the export and Blueprint features.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every need, remain uninterrupted, or produce a particular business outcome. We are not responsible for losses resulting from your business decisions or reliance on incorrect AI suggestions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, restricts nonwaivable consumer protections, or prevents you from seeking a remedy available under applicable law.
11. Changes, Governing Law, And Contact
We may improve the service or update these Terms. We will update the date above and give notice of material changes before they apply, with additional consent where required. A price change does not override the continuously active founding price described above.
California law governs these Terms to the extent it does not displace mandatory protections where you live. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim where the law allows it.
